Dean Kosage is a world-renowned entrepreneur, business leader, author, and motivational speaker with many years of experience leading, motivating, and inspiring people to become their best.  He has more than 22 years of experience as a professional coach, leader, mentor, and speaker.

Dean began his entrepreneurial activities at an early age. By age 23, he had owned a restaurant and ecommerce stores with affiliates worldwide.  He was so successful that he was able to retire from these businesses and focus on his new venture, Kosage Motivation Inc., where his goal was to motivate individuals to exit survival mode and enter success mode to take positive charge of their lives. Recovering from a troubled marriage and subsequent divorce became the motivation for turning his life around and focusing on positive thinking.

Dean has also been a successful direct sales leader, achieving the highest rank at an internationally-known company and leading many teams to success. The experience of developing a profitable sales organization taught Dean critical lessons of human psychology that influences an individual’s capacity for achievement.

This fascination with creating dynamic leaders and helping people create their success led Dean into coaching, personal development speaking engagements. The more people he helped to achieve their goals, the more successful he became personally.

Today, Dean focuses on motivational speaking, writing, and leading new tech ventures including Zooplr to success. He enjoys spending time with his daughter, expressing his creativity through home design projects, and traveling.
